Intel Capitol

Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE — to be completed]

Intel Capitol GBP Connect (“the tool”) is operated by Intel Capitol, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, ADDRESS]. It lets our clients invite Intel Capitol as a Manager of a Google Business Profile. Intel Capitol is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Google data we access

When you choose “Continue with Google”, you authorize the tool to use the following Google permissions:

  • Email address (openid, email) — to show which Google account you signed in with and to record it on your onboarding request.
  • Google Business Profile management (business.manage) — to list the business accounts and locations you can access, check existing managers on the location you select, and create a Manager invitation for Intel Capitol’s Google account on that one location.

We do not read reviews, posts, messages, or other profile content, and we never transfer ownership of your profile.

Temporary authorization

  • We request short-lived (“online”) access only. We do not request or store refresh tokens.
  • Your access token is stored only on our server, never in your browser, and is deleted as soon as the invitation is confirmed, when you cancel, or within about one hour, whichever comes first.
  • We never see or ask for your Google password.

What we retain

For our client records we keep: your name as provided to us, the Google account email used, the selected business name, location address and Google location identifier, invitation status and timestamps, and an audit log of onboarding steps. Retention period: [RETENTION PERIOD — to be completed].

Sharing

Onboarding status may be sent to our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) to update your client record. We do not sell your data or use Google user data for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting and deletion

  • Remove Intel Capitol as a manager anytime in Google Business Profile → Business Profile settings → People and access.
  • Revoke the tool’s Google permission at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Request deletion of your onboarding records by emailing [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL].
